Duplicate this page, then do the 3 steps below.
Connect Notion to your AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or any agent with Notion access), then paste:
Read my Notion page "My AI Context File". Fill in every section using what you already know about me from our past conversations. Write only what I said or did; mark anything you inferred as (guess). Then ask me up to 5 questions to fill the biggest gaps, one at a time.
If your tool can run scheduled tasks, set this to run every night. If not, paste it at the end of any long session:
Update my Notion page "My AI Context File". Read it first, then rewrite it in full with anything new you learned about me today. Remove what's finished or no longer true. Keep it under two pages. Write only what I said or did; mark guesses as (guess). Put today's date at the top.
First message to a new agent or a new account:
Before anything else, read my Notion page "My AI Context File". Use it as background on who I am and how I work. If it conflicts with what I tell you now, what I tell you now wins.
If you use Claude Skills, save this as SKILL.md and it runs whenever you say "update my context file":
